Usually, a small burst of high-velocity lead from a M41A Pulse Rifle is more than enough for taking down the regular Xenomorphs that attack you. However, there are Xenomorph variants that can withstand a lot more damage before they are taken care of, these can be identified on your radar as orange or teal blips. Make sure when you encounter these hostiles, you prioritize them as soon as they come within range of your weapons. In order to deal enough damage to take them down, you will need to aim for their weak spots or unleash your special abilities. It is crucial that you prevent them from getting amongst your team where they can cause havoc.
