Which webside can we find all mystery codes?

I believe you are talking about pokemon x/Y Mystery Gift Serial Codes. Unfortunately, most of these Serial Codes can only be obtained after purchasing either a game or magazine. Also, most of these codes were only released in Japan.
I couldn't find the codes, but I did find This. That is a list of all the Mystery Gift Serial Code Events so far. You might be able to use that information to find the codes online.
