Mewtwo location 2?

Mewtwo location 2?
What I mean is.. I have tried hardly to catch ewtwo, but then I defeated him. And then he "vanished into the darkness of the cave..." Are there any new locqation I should look then?

There are no other locations where you can find Mewtwo. Try defeating the Elite Four again and see if Mewtwo is back there. After doing this, you should find it back in the cave.

Yah in order to find mewtwo again beat the elite four if that does not work just wait a while maybe do the missions with looker and then he will come back

I did the same thing. all you got to do is beat the Elite Four again (You do this with every legendary.)
