Lottery location?

I need help from an expert. Where is the lottery? I want to try to win a Master Ball you know...

I need it to catch Mewtwo. Aleready used the one I got on my Yveltal. I sure can weaken him, but I am afraid to kill him..

The Lottery Center (Loto-ID Center) can be found in Lumiose City.

Winning the lottery is pretty difficult. It's easier to try to trade for Masterball. But if you're set on the lottery, good luck!

You can also win useful items such as PP Up, PP Max, Rare Candy and Moomoo Milk, so it is worth it to go every day.

The Loto-ID Centre is on Estival Avenue in Lumiose City.

It is in lumiose city one street to the right from the centrico plaza Pokemon center...

If you want to win however, you should try breeding for a shiny and then wonder trade everything you don't want...

Well if you want to cach mewtwo I have the answer you don't need a masterball instead you need charizard with inferno use that attack it will burn mewtwo then throw a ultraball then you will vach the pokemon

@Warrior13 I got a master ball with a level 100 SHINY zigzagoon in a wonder trade, and as my answer I say just use a cab.
