Question for Pokemon Rumble Blast

I can't find Darkrai I beat the game and I know it's in 2-2 but I tried many times and why do I always find Girantina in all the Hauntyard?

I have found Darkrai in the grave yard at axle town if you go thier find a shiny pad it will be a darkrai
