Where to find mewtwo when you beat him in battle royale ex-6 on pokemon..

I think the only way to get Mewtwo in this game is through tickets. To get the Mewtwo ticket you'll need Dialga, Palkia and Giratina.
To get to them you also need tickets.

The Pokemon you need for Dialga are Bastiodon, Lucario, Magnezone, Dragonite and Garchomp.
For the Pokemon Palkia you'll need these following Pokemon. Dragonite, Empoleon, Garchomp, Gyarados, and Blastoise.
Lastly for Giratina you'll need Dragonite, Gengar, Spiritomb, Dusknoir, and Garchomp.

That answer would work for the Wii system version, not the 3-DS, to get mewtwo may be undiscovered or some one is hoarding the information.

You can find Mewtwo in any Factory area after beating the game. If you come across the final, Yellow "!" catapult and it's glowing, you'll be launched to an arena where you'll fight a legendary Pokemon.

Which Pokemon you fight is based on what kind of area you're in.

For example, if you're in a Factory, you can come across Mewtwo or Deoxys. If you're in a cave, you can come across Reshiram or Zekrom.

The guest is right. Mewtwo appears in factories after you beat battle royale EX-6. 5% Mewtwo, 5% deoxys (random form) and the rest is the regular stage :(

To get Mewtwo, go to any factory and you will probably see a shining"!" launch oad. If you do, it's either Mewtwo or Deoxys(random form).

Factory: mewtwo (after you beat BR EX-5) and deoxys (random forms)

Palkia = lake and not cave

It's in any factory, to get it fast use speedy++, the YELLOW launchpad must shine and sparke, then when you get in there use giratina to quickly drain it's hp, how fast you beat it determines it's strength, fast means weaker, slow means stronger, it might have a special ability if your lucky, first beat normal ex-6 before you search. If it's not shiny keep trying until the yellow catapult is shiny, (this may take some time). It's a really good chance you wont get a shiny catapult but still keep trying!
