The "best" Ralts

The "best" Ralts
I went and caught a ton of Ralts with Dexnav (haven't been able to find a Modest one, but Timid is a close second) with varying, stats, natures, and abilities. I'd like to have a Gardevoir on my team but I suppose a Gallade could work instead. Don't know their EVs or IVs. I just want to pick the most useful one out of this list:
1. Female, Lv. 3, Bold, Trace, 5/6/8/7/8
2. Female, Lv. 13, Timid, Trace, 9/15/17/17/19
3. Male, Lv. 13, Naughty, Synchronize, 13/15/20/15/18
4. Female, Lv. 4, Timid, Telepathy, 6/7/9/8/8
5. Female, Lv. 3, Quirky, Telepathy, 7/7/8/7/8
Do I have a keeper or should I keep looking?

The one with the quirky nature, since that nature is one of five thst has no bonus/negative effect on stats. But all in all it depends on how you seek to play, if you focus on certain stats find the nature thst boosts those stats in exchange for losing another stat and go with that
