EV Training
When I EV train, I usually only train it in 2 stats. That leaves 6 Points left over. Say I'm battling a Luvdisc (Gives 1 Speed EV Point) with a Pokémon holding a Power Weight (Raises HP EV by 4 points), and the Pokémon only has room for 1 out of the 5 EV points he'll get from this battle. What EV will be boosted, the HP or Speed?

You should search "List of Pokémon by effort value yield" on "bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net" it's website that functions much like wikipedia.

The Speed EV from Luvdisc would take priority over the Power Weight, so if you had one EV to spare it would be the Speed EV.
