In Diamond and Pearl there was a technique, is there a technique for ORAS as well?

There are numerous ways to find Shiny Pokemon:
1) In the wild. Very rare, even with Shiny Charm.
2) Breed Eggs. You can use the Masuda Method (Pokemon from two different countries in Daycare) to increase the chances of hatching a Shiny Pokemon. Shiny Charm further increases odds.

Using the DexNav and "chaining" just a certain Pokemon, will eventually lead to a shiny. Ex; Use DexNav to battle 100 Eevee's in a row, and on the 100th Eevee It will be a shiny. Different Pokemon have different numbers for how long your chain is.

That's not true. Even if the search level gets to 100 does not mean you'll get increased odds of a pokemon being shiny. I got a search level of about 125 and no shiny eevee. So the whole pokeradar thing doesnt work with ORAS.
