Well first you need to have the game and a 3ds. Start the a new game and progress to where you get your starter. Choose Torchic. Level up into Combusken. Level up into Blaziken. Congrats you now have a Blaziken!
(Also works for the originals.)

What you could do instead is breed your original starter Pokemon and trade away the offspring for other starters in the GTS.

Get Tirchic as a starter then evelove into Combusken and finally Blaziken.

Help Professor Birch from the wild Pokemon, the Pokemon you choose to battle with (in your case Torchic) you will get that Pokemon , then evolve it into combusted then blaziken.

If you have x and y there is a special Torchic caught in a cherish ball with a hidden ability you can get from mystery gift I dot know if it is still available though
