When you get a 20 win streak you will recieve Rare Candy, giving Rare Candy to a Pokemon is the fastest way to power it up.

You will need 5 or 6 lollipop holding everstones with the ability pick up walk around battling wild Pokemon you can get all kind of cool items from rare candys to even Destiny knot and other useful items after every few battles check and see if they picked up any items if so take them away put back in your bag keep repeating this tell your satisfied with your items picked upNeed Answers?
