How do you get pokemon from box1 to my main pokemon
I can't get my Pokemon from box 1 into my main Pokemon please tell me how.

To retrieve your Pokemon from you PC to exchange them into your Party of six, simply access any PC in any Pokemon Center. You'll be able to deposit, withdraw, or switch out Pokemon and Items.

You should be able to go to your PC and select withdraw Pokemon, or select move Pokemon. You can then place them either in your Pokemon team or other boxes. If you selected Move.
