Help, uxie azelf mesprit won't show up?
I have encountered mesprit many times but now I can't even try to catch him because It wont let me interact with the "mysterious ring" and I have the 3 Pokemon with max happiness but I still can't try to catch him

Mesprit, Azelf, and Uxie can only be found in Nameless Cavern at specific times. Mesprit can be found there from 4AM-8PM, Uxie from 8PM-9PM, and Azelf from 9PM-4AM. Try going at these times are see if that helps.
If you accidentally kill any of them in battle, try defeating the Elite Four again and see if that helps.
