Secret Base Flags not Re-spawning!
Okay, so I visited one of the Secret Bases I added via QR Codes and/or via PSS, and I collected the Flag and Battled the Trainers in the specified Bases.
I then tried visited those exact same Bases the next day, and the Flags did NOT re spawn!!!
And this has been happening since last Thursday, and it's pissing me off! DX

I'd try removing the game from the 3DS. Replace it and boot up and check then, if still no. Disconnect your 3DS from the internet and then reconnect. Try that and see if that works out for you.
