Battle Chateau
I love how easily you can farm money and experience in the Battle Chateau of Pokemon X. Does this game have that kind of feature too?

Unfortunately, this game doesn't have the Battle Chateau. However, it does contain the Battle Maison (also in Pokemon X). It also has the Battle Resort, which has many strong trainers.

The Battle Chateau doesn't make an appearance in Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire.
However, this thread on Reddit provides QR codes for Trainers who have teams composed exclusively of Blissey, which provide more experience than any other Pokémon. The drawback, of course, is that you're limited to one battle per day.
Alternatively, you could invoke Exp. Point Powers or Prize Money Powers through the PSS.

The closest thing to a Battle Chateau in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is the Mauville Food Court. In the Mauville Food Court, you battle other trainers for the last seat of the table that you are sitting at. You can do this for Single, Double and Triple Battles.

If you don't count trainer's eye or secret base battles, there isn't really a proper facility like the battle chateau.

It does have a Battle tower, but you do not gain experience through it. A thing I liked to do was make the primary Pokemon hold the Amulet coin, and run through the Elite Four, I'd get tons of money quick doing that over and over.
