Your dogs do not grow up or have puppies.
There are people that recently claim that their dogs have had puppies, but as the creator of nintendogs stated: "The dogs in these games do not grow up or die."
If you really want them to "have a puppy" you can hack your game (NOT recommended by myself or Nintendo) with an Action Replay. But your dogs "having puppies" will not happen naturally in the game.
It is impossible to breed dogs, I mean nintendo made a game for little kids so that they can learn to be responsible, not to breed dogs. If nintendo made a game for little kids that you had to breed dogs that would juat be wrong! If we could dogs on nintdogs then nintendo wouldn't keep it a secret!
