How do I get into the reset surveillance center guys???
I just got the reset center, and only got it so I could get inside it. But when I went, it's just shut all the time!! Help??

The Reset center has a chance to open if it rained the day before.
It has to rain on a day, and then be clear the next day. The clear day, the reset center MIGHT be open during the Evening.
There's no way to get inside other than that.

If it rains the day before it MIGHT just open but new leaf players it will only open at 9:00pm and closes at 12:00am

I have the reset center but it's only the drain. It never rains in my town for some reason and if it does it's very rarely. Can someone give a clear answer why it wont open??
