Your friend code is on your friends list on the 3ds you no longer get it of copper any 3ds game your friend code is on the ds

Guest, it does answer the question. There is no such thing as an ACNL friend code. Your 3DS friend code IS your ACNL friend code. If you tell people to add you on their 3DS friend list, one of you needs to open your gate and the other goes through the open gate. You can then add each other as best friends.
