Talk to the man in the hotel in Coumarine City who claims to be the 'Game Director' when you have completed parts of the Pokedex to get a diploma which can be viewed at any time in your house in Vaniville. Mew, Jirachi, Deoxys, Shaymin, Darkrai, Arceus, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect, Diancie, Hoopa, and Volcanion are not required for any of these. If you have owned the Pokemon at some point then that will suffice as being 'caught'.

Catch ALL Pokemon in the Central Kalos Pokedex and talk with the Director.

Coastal Kalos Pokedex Diploma:

Catch ALL Pokemon in the Coastal Kalos Pokedex and talk with the Director.
