When you complete the following tasks you will be able to purchase the following characters' vocals from the shop.
Bowser:
Play through every board except Shy Guy's Shuffle City and Bowser's Peculiar Peak.
Bowser Jr.:
Complete Bowser's Tower once and buy from the Shop.
