You cannot sail upstream. The map is misleading here. Thranduil and the 2 mithril bricks on the map just below him are actually in his fortress in Thranduil's Realm. Enter the fortress through the front entrance and the map trail studs will take you the rest of the way. |

It is located in the first area of the troll hoard level, just to the left of bomburs picnic blanket, there you will find a dig spot that contains this design. |
