During gameplay press the 'Start' button to bring up the 'Pause' menu and then press LT, LB, RT, RB simultaneously to enable this feature.
You can age a sims to the next age any time you want just buy them a birthday cake and blow out the candles for the sim or if they're old enough they'll blow out there own candles and age!
To kill a sim just use the earthquake or firestorm on them and make them repair a computer or t.v and if they get dirt on them and they are lying on the floor they are dead
To kill your sim you need to use the earthquake or firestorm karma power and make them repair a T.V or computer and if they are burned and laying down on the floor they are dead and you will recive a grim reaper achivement
On your controller while your playing the game press start then press all four back buttons on the controller then it will tell you if you want to use the cheat press yes then tadaa you have unilmited money/karmapowers TRUST ME IT WORKS!!!!
Well, you click start then, you click Lt, Lb, Rt and Rb.(All at the same time!) Then, it will say, enable cheats? Click yes and then you will have unlimited money and you will be able to use a few Karma powers.To get onto them click select and the second last icon thingy is karma powers click it then give your sim(s) or pet(s) any karma power! :D

Press down LB,RB at the same time or LT,RT at the same time or you can press LB,RB,LT,RT at the same time.
If you click yes go to build/buy mode,decor,misc. Decor,and click on Spoot the Magic Llama.He's an awesome llama.Don't judge him -.-.It...thing or whatever it is.Then place him.The cheat already gives you unlimited money even if you don't place Spoot on your property.Spoot can give you jokes.
WARNING:You cannot unlock new items or achieve achievments if you enter the cheat.If you enter it and don't save when you quit and your last save was before you entered the cheat,you can still unlock rewards and achieve achievments but you do not have Spoot or unlimited simolens.
For unlimited money you can play the game when you playing the game press start on you're controller then at the same time press the 4 back buttons then enjoy you're unlimited money! 
Right when you get on to the game click the start button and at the same time click the 4 back buttons on your remote then it will ask you if you want to cheat click yes and you will have unlimited money and unlimited karma points and unlimited life time points
Press the start button.
Then press LB, LT, RB, and RT all at the same time.
Then it will ask if you want to use cheats and then press yes.
After all that go to live play and press the back button and go to buy.
Once in buy go to decorations and find the lama.
Place the lama any where and enjoy your unlimited money.
