To get this perk easily steal a Nazi vehicle and park it in your garage. Then destroy it and take a new one from the garage keeper and also destroy that one. Keep repeating this until you have destroyed five of them and you will then recieve the perk.
The easiest way to climb up to a scenic point on top of a building is to follow the glowing yellow lamps.
A good way of dispatching Nazi guards without being seen is to act suspiciously to lure them away from their post to a secluded spot where nobody is around and then kill them.
