This character becomes available when you win the rival race at Amigo Studio in Sunshine Coast in World Tour mode.
If you tap the right trigger (accelerate) each time the screen goes blank inbetween 'Get Ready...3...2...1' your character will get a level 3 boost at the start of the race.
When you are not holding an item while driving press 'Use Item' to perform a taunt.

Press 'Up' and 'Down' when racing with a character on a bike (Shadow for example) and you will do a wheelie that will increase your speed.
When you set the system date to December 25th this character will become available.
If you are not holding an item while driving you can perform a taunt by pressing 'Use Item'.
