Question for The Sims 3

How do you get to the edit town mode for sims 3 xbox 360? I really want to play another family thats in the town, but I didnt create them, how can I do this?

Go into the start menu then start a new game,when it comes up to a map with a box which has 3 options: "Create sims", "Move in" household and "Choose household" Here,you'll pick Choose household.Then options will come up on the map of M.B,then you can pick: Monroe,Vanquez,Landgraab,The clique (A 3 story mansion =D ),Kozen and maybe a few moreThen you can do whatever you planned to do

NOTE: You can't choose families like Nelson and Aragon

It may not work because you have not saved any of your previous households into the game. Try that and if it still doesn't work then it must be a glitch.
