press and hold LT then while holding LT press the up arrow on your control to go upstairs and you can choose where to go after that and if you want to go dowstairs press and hold LT but press the down arrow!!

You hold the left trigger and then press up on the arrow pad. Then you click on the floor and press go here.

Some times don't put it next to walls or make the width 2 Hope I helped!

I try to do that but when they're standing right in front of the stairs, they just refuse to go up them! They have a little symbol that represents they can't get to the stairs but they are standing right in front of them!!
