Stand right infront of him and when he is about to attack go into spidey reflexes. Then press X to dodge his attack and counter attack. Only throw a couple of punches though or else he will really hurt you. Then jump into the air and to the other side of the room. Approach him and repeat. Once your rage meter is full use it after a dodge to do serious damage. Use Y because that is very effective. This does take a while but it ensures that you don't take much damage at all.
