I defeated Kraven the first time, that was very easy.
But now I have te fight him again and I tryed it like a million times and I can't defeat him, how do I do that ? Please help me

When fighting him the second time, make sure to use your spider sense
A lot. Build up enough rage, then tap RB and just keep attacking him over and over. When it prompts you to hit Y, do the button sequence and you will have won.
