New Goblin help

How do you start the mission "birth of the new goblin"you see I have the guide book and I went to the the location where the mission marker is supposed to be but it's not there. Is there a certain mission you have to do?

Thats strange.
Its better if you do other missions first and then the goblin mission

What I did is that I had to beat the lizard part 2 then thats the new goblin mission came up.
