How do you get the red brck for Eps IV: Ch 3: Mos Esley (spelling).
It's almost impossible.

This one gave me a hard time too. It's in the first area. Don't blast all the trash cans, or you will never find it.

Go along the left wall with a Jedi or Sith character, using the Force on trash cans as you go. You should find three that spit out Legos. When you use these, you'll build a door, behind which is the coveted Red Brick. If you blast the trash cans, you destroy the needed bricks.
