Level in villain mission
In the Villain mission room there is only 2 mission how do I get the other mission?

when you complete a hero mission its respective villain mission is unlocked. If you beat them all already the vehicles should all be lined up in the end of the room furthest from you the 3rd level is up a staircase on the far left.
