Batboat Battle
In the mission called Batboat Battle, in the end area with the Penguins submarine. There is a free play area behind the submarine. The guide says to use a submarine and get some torpedo's from the dispenser to the right. I use robins submarine and go over to the dispenser, it opens up but does not give me any torpedo's. Can someone out there please tell me what I am doing wrong?

you have to use the penguins's sub to get the torpedoes. and you can get that sub by beating the mission normally and then buying it in the menu.
