My message starting the game is : go outside (right after kill the 3 guards with the sniper rifle.
I been every where and in and out ; but can see to find that outside

Next to the room where you sniper from the window is a door. Sometimes it looks like you can not walk there. When you climb up the ladder towards the sniper room it is to the left of the room.
