I'm in single player ACT 4 Campus grinder and have killed everything but cannot find any way out of either the courtyard or the top floor balconies. Found the wheel that I think should open the port cullis gates but cannot turn it. Can anyone help please?

If it's the area I'm thinking of you should be able to turn the wheel if you can't try and get a friend over and do co-op and if it doesnt work then delete that file and make a new one.

I did this befor
You will find him hugging a wall near one of the staircases
Dont worrey it's not likely for this to happen twice

He's usually against one of the walls near a set of staircases, he was hidingwhen I found him.
