Force mount and Skydive glitch

Force mount and Skydive glitch
Can someone please give me a detailed step by step explanation of these following glitches. By detail I mean DETAIL to the very bone, so I can understand better
1. The first is the skydive glitch( not the one on girdlick I know how to do that one) I mean to be able to skydive annywhere, on any map
2. Is the force mount. I don't know how to do that so can someone please tell me thank you.

When forward mounting a wall, flick your left stick back and press your movement action button (A) for Xbox) simultaneously. This will prop you up above the object and allow you to quickly "tech roll" backward. Depending on the camera orientation, you"re character will flip in that specific position no matter your camera axis.
