The part in I think chapter 2, where there is a facility with a guy in it, he falls through a floor of wooden planks, underneath these planks are a whole heap of Wretches
Ive heard this is the best area for it

What I did to get that acheivement is just to wait for an emergence hole to pop up and throw a grenade in it just as the locost are coming out of it. It may take a couple trys to get the timing down but it worked for me.
