On zombies use the random weapon box to get the ray gun.

If you mean in Zombies you get one by simply finding the box randomly around the map and hope to get it. You can not recieve this gun on multiplayer if thats what you were asking. Nor can you on campaign mode. What you can get which is cool on campaign mode is the thunder cannon which you can get by looking around the room before you go down the zip line(map looks like Kowloon)
