How can I play team death match either solo or split screen against computer enemies having never bee connected to xbox live from this computer

Your computer doesn't have to be connected. Your Xbox 360 has to have a broadband internet connection, be signed up for xbox LIVE - and you have to have install all the latest updates for Black Ops before you can play against AI bots offline.
If/Once that's done, all you do is gone into Multiplayer > Local > then Edit Game Options I think - and if you have Free for All or Team Deathmatch selected - you should be able to choose how many "friends" and "enemies" to have.
But you can only do that if you have downloaded the latest updates for the game I believe.
