ONce the bridge breaks and your man falls down all you have to do is Just jump across the gap.

Follow the rest of your team. Jump the bridge, and when it gets hard to see, just keep moving forward or follow a teammate if you can see one of them.

You don't have to help the guy up after the bridge blows up. You just have to wait after he falls then jump and keep pressing L3 to sprint. Also you have to keep jumping,but make sure you don't fall.
