you need dead ops arcade to do it Guest answered:
First have the first two players sign in. Then go to arcade mode and while it's loading have the last player sign in. It will take you bak to the menu. Then just go to multiplayers zombies and pick your map. On top of the screen it will say how many are playing.

No, in Black Ops you can only have two people playing on the same console, however in a single map you can have four people.
