Question for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

I can't play call of duty mw 1 online on my 360 it says I need to level up to 1 and my xp is 12008092

You might be able to trying contacting activision, and get them to reset your account, though I've no idea how well that will work.
The only other option really is to make a new account
