On the level 'Charlie Don't Surf' the TV station will be filled with Televisions showing the guys' speech. Just shoot all the screens. Be aware that there will be some small TV's on the walls.

There are only tvs in Charlie Don't Surf tvs count not ones threw out the game

They are all in the mission charleie don't surf
Just double check every area in the game to make sure youve destroyed them all
Or type your show sucks achievement into youtbe.com and youll get a good walkthrough video

Check all the corners, there are ones in house on side roads as well. Best option would be to check an online guide.
