I can't beat "No Fighting In The War Room" on veteran

I have tried several times, but I either run out of time, or just die. I use the Noob tube alot, I use C4 alot, flashbangs, grenades, EVERYTHING you can think of, but I can't beat it. Can someone give me some sort of info on an easier way to beat it, or give me some tips?

The spot I have trouble at is the hallway with the missle silos that you have to go through

Fuckin duck, pop up and shoot, advance slowly, repeat, Or go rambo. I beat it on veteran with the first way, but can't beat mile high club on veteran. Crappy programmers. I hate them.

It takes awhile to do
Head shots is the best way to kill
Watch for the enemies hiding

Hardest level on veteran, except Mile High Club. I got really lucking the bit just after going down some stairs I flashed banged sprayed got to the end and got a checkpoint. LOL

OMG!!!! I have the same problem I thought it as just me to lol but just try to duck shoot reload and advance slowly thats what I keep doind and I nearly do it I'm up to exactly where you are and I think it is extremly hard and it is the hardest level on veteran except of corse High Mile Club!!!
