I was starting a game of domination on vacant. I was looking at my allies guns and one had an M21 sniper and a G36????? I thought you can only hold a primary weapon and a pistol. If this is possible what level do you need 2 be at? Or is this after prestige?????

No. To have 2 primary weapons and no pistol is one of the perks you unlock throughout the game when you rank up. The perk is called Overkill and you unlock it at I think it's rank 38. You can equip it to a gun when you click on create a class. Hope I helped.

When you reach level 38 you get a perk called overkill. This perk lets you pick a primary weapon and another for a secondary as well.
