Unfortunately not. Co-operative gameplay is unavailable in this installment, but look out for COD5, Co-op campaign has been announced, so it'll be awesome.

No. Not that I am aware of. On Call of Duty world at war you can though.

I thought that too but I couldnt find it and just couldnt so sorry man call duty 5 has co-op and f you didnt know cod5 has this cool zombie level so if you can you should get that because I have it for 360

No you can't on COD4, uf you think about it though how would that work, there is only one protaginist.
