Hi (not the worlds most indepth set of answers but it should help)
1. Pressing the fire trigger very fast will enable you to fire the pistol at speed
2. No, you lose everything when you go prestige (guns challenges classes), it is only for he new badge.
3.No, once again this is extreme accuracy.. If they are running around with a sniper they may have the perk steady aim on which enables you to be more accurate from the hip if they have completed sniper challenges they may be able to equip th acog scope. Furthermore it is impossible I think to take your scope of your sniper. They might just be using a different gun.

1. Its Called A Modded Controller. Its Where People Install An Extra Button On Thier Controller That Lets Them Shoot Single Shot Guns (G3, Snipers, Pistols) Like There Automatics.
2.Nope, You Lose Everything.
3. And There Actually Is, My Cousin Was Showin Me. When Your About To Try And No Scope Someone, Walk VERY SLOWLY To The Left. Im Not Sure How It Works, But He Got Like 10 No Scope Headshots On Me That Game. It Was Crazy.
