I need some tips on how to be a good sniper so if you can give me some tips I would be very happy.

All I do in call of duty 4 is use my sniper rifle and P90 and I think the best thing I can tell you is practice and never give up because a lot of people will make fun of you and make you mad a lot (They did with me anyway but I never gave up) and when you unlock iron lungs use it and if you do a one on one match with a friend (thats what me and my friend did) and have he/she hide in easy places and then when you get better have he/she hide in harder places and and try to find them and also use the very first sniper rifle you get because it is really accurite.I only use that and the .50cal when I snipe.

Overkill is a good perk for snipers, that way, if anyone tries to jump you, you can unload full auto into their face. But basically, stay out of sight, and don't make unessisary shots. Once you've shot a few times, move, because they'll know where you are. Always be on the move.

Im a snipers, and I would only snipe on certain maps because some are terrible to snipe on.

I love sniping so I always look for an advantage point for example a place where no one can see me and is high up plus I always aim for other peoples heads or chest but if I'm in a good mood I will just make them crawl along the floor before I shoot them in the head and NEVER STAY IN THE SAME PLACE AFTER YOU SHOOT.

Stick to the basics of sniping move slow through the brush, run fast to cover, keep still, wait for the perfect shot, take it and don’t move out of the spot unless your target had buddies close by. They don’t know where the shot came from until you move. Most important stalk your prey low and slow the sensors can’t find you then no one can. Take the shot slowly if you rush you miss. Calm down and shoot to kill.
