Is there an easy way to do one shot one kill on veteran I can shot the guy I can hardly go down the hill.

Kill someone, and swap your pistol for a good machine gun. Stealth won't do any good on this level. Stay to the right on the first part in the trees, and make a mad dash for the building while spraying your machine gun. From there, it should be pretty easy sailing, just make sure to make use of your sniper rifle from long range, don't leave MacMillan behind, and be careful not to let a dog get on MacMillan. When you get to the ferris wheel, plant claymores out in the field, and C4 around you for a last resort, and snipe from a proning position from where MacMillan is set. It's a really annoying and difficult part, and will take some patience, but that's about it.

I had the same problem my option is to use flas bangs or go on Youtube and find some videos on it and copy the technics.
