To get to vidics computer when he is faceing towards the window go up to him and steal his security pen. The other computer is accsed with the same pen I think.

Drafter is right about vidics but lucys you get at the end of the game you see or go right next to her computer and press B you get a access pen and you go into her computer and a cool thing if you read her messeges you see that she called for a rescue of assasins and that she is also I think an assasin undercover but thats till A.C #2 I think I'm not sure if shes an assasin or a girl just being nice.
