Ok. To pickpocket get far enough from the person you need to pickpocket. Most of the time they will be in an alley so the other side normally works. Wait until the person has finished talking and follow them but don't get too close. When they are not looking I think it's A to pickpocket them once you get the hang of it it's easy. For eavesdropping the people you need to eavesdrop will ALWAYS be near a bench, sit on the bench, the people will be kind of lighting up. Aim at them (LB I think). And just listen to it.

You follow the guy, not getting too close, and wait until he stops, and looks around, then go into him and press 'A' and you shoukld take whatever you need. Watch them realise it, and curse, have a gigle, then move on.
To eavesdrop you'll find a bench near by, just sit on it, and focus at the people with the sparkly thing surrounding them.

You walk behind your target watching your awareness meter and the pickpocket option will flash and you simply push the correct button.
Ease dropping you sit on a bench somewhat close to the 2 people and hit the button for eagle eye. If looking the right way and close enough it will automatically go into listening.

Get behind the target and press A then wait until they finish talking. Get behind the target and press and hold B to pickpocket. Sit on a bench and turn towards the targets now Press Y to eavesdrop.
